Rutherford Thrives (TN-510) Continuum of Care, employs a range of services and housing options designed to assist individuals and families experiencing homelessness at different stages of their journey toward stable housing and self-sufficiency. Collaboration among government agencies, nonprofit organizations, service providers, and other community stakeholders is essential to the success of a CoC efforts.

Request for Proposals: Coordinated Entry Lead
The Rating and Ranking Committee is reissuing the Rutherford Thrives Request for Proposals for the role of Coordinated Entry (CE) Lead w/ TN-510 Continuum of Care (CoC), as requested by the current CE Lead and the 2024-2025 CoC Board.
